Is an appointment required to visit your production facilities?

No appointment is necessary; you’re welcome to visit during our business hours. Feel free to give us a call beforehand, if possible.

Is it possible to take free samples with me??

Certainly! Yes, you can request free samples to take with you. Please contact us or visit our factory during business hours to explore our range and select the samples you’d like to take with you. We’re here to assist you in finding the perfect granite for your project.

I'm unable to visit your factory as I'm from out of town. Can you send free samples to me via courier??

Certainly! We can arrange to send free samples to you via courier. Please provide us with your shipping details so we can send them to you promptly.

What types of materials are available at your production facility or factory?

At our production facility, you’ll find a variety of granite colors available. However, please note that we may not have every single type of granite due to the extensive range of options in the market. Availability depends on the current orders we are processing at any given time. Please contact us to inquire about specific colors or samples you are interested in.

Could you provide me with a quote or an estimate?

To receive a free estimate, simply email us your project dimensions along with your name, pin or zip  code, and contact number. If you prefer to visit us, bring your plans along, and our staff will create an estimate on-site. We look forward to assisting you!

What options do I have if the granite color or size I need is not available in ready stock at your factory?

If the granite color or size you need is not available in our ready stock at the factory, we can source it for you based on your specific requirements. Please contact our sales team with details about the granite you’re looking for, including color, size, and any other preferences. We’ll work to fulfill your order efficiently and ensure you get the granite that best fits your project needs.

Why was my request for a small quantity order directly from the factory declined?

Typically, our factory requires minimum order quantities to ensure efficient production and cost-effectiveness. This policy helps us maintain quality standards and manage resources effectively. Additionally, transportation and packaging for smaller loads can be challenging and costly, making it difficult to fulfill small quantity orders directly from our factory. However, we can explore alternative options or refer you to our distributors who may accommodate smaller orders. Please reach out to our sales team to discuss your specific requirements further.

What is the minimum quantity of granite required for an order?

For the domestic market, we typically require orders to be a truckload based on weight. For exports, the minimum order quantity is usually a single container.

What is considered a full load or a single container?

We offer the flexibility to order various colors, sizes, and types of granite either in full loads or single containers. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the maximum value by optimizing the weight capacity.

I have a sample or photograph of Indian granite, but I'm unsure of its name. How can I identify it?

If you have a sample or photograph of Indian granite but you’re unsure of its name or type, you can find out by contacting us directly. Share the image or sample with our team, and we’ll identify the specific type of granite for you. We have extensive knowledge of our granite inventory and can help match your sample or photograph to the correct variety. Feel free to reach out via email or phone, and we’ll assist you in determining the exact name and characteristics of the granite you’re interested in.

Do you process sandstone and quartzites in addition to granite, as mentioned on your website?

In addition to granite, we process sandstone at our processing unit. However, quartzite is not processed at our facilities; instead, we utilize associate processing units to source quartzite.

I have received a quote from another supplier offering the same stone at a much lower price than yours.

We understand that price is an important consideration. At our facility, we prioritize quality and transparency alongside competitive pricing. We strive to ensure that every customer gets not just a great product, but also what is commited at the time of taking order and peace of mind. If there’s anything specific you’d like to discuss or if we can help in any way, please let us know. We’re here to assist you in finding the best solution for your project.

What sizes and thicknesses are available?

Our factory offers a variety of sizes and thicknesses for granite products. Typically, you can find standard sizes for granite slabs, such as:

  • Thicknesses: 2 cm and 3 cm are the most common, but other thicknesses like 1 cm, 4 cm, and custom thicknesses may also be available depending on the specific product and order requirements.

These dimensions ensure versatility for different applications, from countertops to flooring and wall cladding, meeting various project needs.
