Contact us & share the type of stone, colour(s), sizes, thickness, quantity, finish, or any customisation you need. We'll schedule a personal call to understand your project needs and help you select the right stone.
You'll receive a detailed quotation covering packing, loading, shipping, insurance, etc. After you approve it, we’ll send an official order confirmation with delivery timeline and payment terms.
A deposit initiates your order. We check material availability or plan production. If processing is needed, we schedule block sourcing, cutting, and finishing as per your specs.
We cut and finish slabs per your requirements—polished, honed, etc. Each slab goes through a quality check to ensure structural integrity, correct thickness, and colour consistency.
You can inspect the slabs at our factory or request a third-party inspection. After your approval, we proceed with final packaging. Remaining balance (if any) is collected post-inspection.
Slabs are packed securely using foam and wooden crates (if required). Each lot is clearly labeled with order number, slab dimensions, and other essential details for tracking.
After packing, we confirm shipping details and provide tracking information (if applicable). Our logistics team coordinates everything for smooth dispatch.
Slabs are delivered on time and in perfect condition. Upon arrival, please inspect your order. If there's any issue, we’re ready to help resolve it promptly.
