In a granite factory, stone blocks from the quarry go through cutting, calibration, surface treatment, and quality checks. This process transforms raw granite into usable forms—slabs and tiles fit for kitchens, flooring, cladding, or stairs. Many believe we manufacture granite, but in reality, we process what nature gives us. As a granite processor and manufacturer, our job is to make rough blocks ready for real-world use.
Our cutting section forms the first stage of stone transformation. This part of the factory handles rough blocks and converts them into slab or tile formats using heavy-duty machines like multi-blade cutters and bridge cutting systems. These machines operate across our units in Jalore, Pali, Silora, and Kishangarh to maintain consistency and scale.
Stone Galleria operates 7 multi-blade block cutters across its units:
Jalore, Pali, and Kishangarh use indigenous machines suitable for granite, sandstone and saltestone. Our Silora unit is equipped with imported machines for improved finish quality and cutting consistency.
At Stone Galleria, we use fully automatic Bridge Cutting Machines to cut granite slabs into standard-size tiles. These machines are crucial in our tile production workflow and ensure precision, speed, and consistent output across large batches.
We’ve deployed this setup across our processing units to efficiently meet both domestic and export demand for granite tiles. Each machine operates with programmed accuracy, helping us maintain quality control and fast turnaround times for high-volume tile orders.
After the stone is cut into slabs or tiles, it moves to our processing section—where surface treatment, thickness calibration, resining, and polishing take place. This phase is critical to prepare granite for commercial use, ensuring it meets global standards for finish, strength, and appearance.
At Stone Galleria, we use 16-head line polishing machines as part of our advanced granite manufacturing process. These machines ensure consistent surface finish, high gloss, and faster polishing cycles—far more efficient than older manual techniques.
It helps maintain uniform slab thickness, improves production speed, and enhances the final quality of granite slabs.
Resin line machines are used in granite along with other type of stone processing after block cutting but before polishing. This epoxy treatment fills cracks and strengthens the slab surface, ensuring better finish and durability during the polishing stage.
Not every slab needs resin. Stones that are already dense and clean (like Rajasthan Black Granite) may skip this step. But for high-value stone slabs & tiles with imperfections, resin treatment is essential to reduce waste, improve durability, and enhance finish quality.
Quality Control: Our clients receive an accurate overview of granite production due to our management’s knowledge and experience. Our granite quality control procedures ensure that all granite slabs and tiles are manufactured in accordance with buyers’ specifications and reduce buyers’ risks.
Our granite products are subjected to stringent quality control tests at each stage of production. We perform pre-production quality control, production quality control, post-production quality control, pre-shipment supervision, and container loading supervision to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Sonte Galleria LLP’s quality inspection team is committed to ensuring that all products meet the exact proportions, textures, and finishes specified by the buyer. We maintain a strict 100% inspection policy for all raw materials to finished goods and ensure that the highest quality control standards for granite are adhered to at the level of production. To meet the ever-changing business needs of our customers, we provide items of commercial, standard, and premium quality.
Packing: Stone Galleria LLP understands the importance of properly packaging granite and takes all necessary measures to ensure that our goods arrive safely at their destinations. We are cognizant of the fact that improper packing of tiles and slabs can result in broken tiles and slabs and ruined finish, necessitating the customer’s costly replacement or loss. Since this is the case, we pay as much attention to the packaging as we do to the contents.
Packaging Details: The packaging of the material is done with CE standards. We use fumigated wooden pallets & shrink bags in order to prevent the material breakage & contact of dust.
Delivery: When a client places an order for a product with Stone Galleria LLP, our number one priority is to ensure that they receive it on time so that they can avoid falling behind on the timelines they’ve established for their respective projects. In order to guarantee that this occurs, we keep a close eye on the manufacturing status of each order as it moves through the process. In addition, we contact our customers by phone and email to keep them updated regarding the status of their orders. To ensure that our products are delivered to the port in a timely manner, the production department collaborates closely with the shipping department. Because we have taken so many preventative measures, we are confident that we will consistently meet the deadlines for your orders.
