Step-by-step process to ensure safe and efficient container loading for worldwide delivery.
Pre-packed Materials Ready for Loading
Slabs or tiles are pre-packed outside the container in wooden crates, pallets, A-frames, or customized boxes—based on size and thickness.
Direct Loading & In-Container Packing
In some cases, slabs are directly loaded into the container (without packing) and then secured and packed inside.
Container Check
Every container is checked for moisture, dirt, and any structural issues. We make sure it is clean, dry, and safe for loading natural stone.
Weight Distribution
Heavy slabs are placed strategically to prevent shifting and maintain balance during transit.
Safe Material Handling
We use forklifts, cranes and c-clamps, or manual lifting depending on the item size and weight.
Tight Stacking
All units are carefully placed with minimal gaps to reduce movement. Wooden buffers or spacers are used to provide additional support.
Securing the Load
Straps, wedges, or steel bars are used to prevent movement during container travel.
Final Inspection
Our team performs a last round of checks before sealing the container for shipping.
